I started this Blog to educate myself about the Internet. I have found it both interesting and challenging. The interesting part is how much is truly available to us on the internet. The challenging part is to improve both writing and creative capabilities on a daily basis.

"The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed, lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance."

Try it this way when you carve your next turkey.
Next time you are asked to carve a Turkey try carving it in this manner. Remove each breast as one piece then slice them each like a loaf of bread. I tried it this way for the first time this Christmas and everyone liked the appearance and portions. Everyone however loved the taste the most but I had nothing to do with that. The Christmas Turkey this year was prepared by our host Mara and Josh. Photo taken by Mara Lappin
